Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant with 8 Years of experience in finance, taxation, business advisory and auditing in India. He has done certification courses in business finance and given lectures at professional forums. Abhishek started his career in 2011 and has worked on various funds and non fund based transactions, taxation representation and auditing assignments of MNC's. At present Abhishek is leading APKG's coverage of its biggest corporate, financial and government clients for finance taxation and auditing. Kapil Gokharu (F.C.A., B.COM.)
A fellow member of ICAI with an experience of more than 8 years specializes in Auditing, Income tax, service tax and company law matters. Kapil has an experience of working with Axis Bank. In Axis Kapil handled RBI Annual Inspection, Maintenance of CRR / SLR of bank, Tracking of Priority Sector Advance of Bank, Filing of priority sector Returns and other routine compliance work. He has been instrumental in providing advisory support to clients for assessing the tax impact on their business including transaction restructuring to mitigate tax risk and cost. He has handled various Service tax compliance and litigation alignments in the construction and consulting industries.
